How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance for most services. Hair color and weekend appointments fill fastest, so book 2–3 weeks ahead for those. You can book anytime through our online booking link.

Do you offer first-time visitor consultations?

Yes. Every service begins with a personal consultation so our team understands your goals, hair history, and preferences before we begin. It ensures the look you love.

Can I book services for a bridal party or group?

Absolutely. We love hosting bridal parties and group occasions and have a dedicated gathering space for your special event. The one restriction is that we the bride or mother of the bride must be a regular client of the salon for 12-months or more. Contact the salon directly to coordinate group pricing and scheduling so we can reserve the time and team you need.

Do you sell retail products?

Yes — our boutique carries the professional product lines we use in-salon, so you can recreate your look at home with the exact products your stylist or esthetician recommends.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the appointment to another guest. Please see our full policies page for details.
